WHY CHOOSE TAP?

We start early at age 10 all the way up to professional athletes building foundation for speed and explosion.

T.A.P. specializes in basketball, football, soccer and volleyball, baseball. Our approach can help your strength, stamina and focus for any sport.

Todd of T.A.P. is a 10-year certified trainer who has co-opted with the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA and Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL.

Our training concentrates on all facets of your physical and mental strength. Utilizing our professional trainers and world class equipment and technology developed by Vertimax and Fitlight, we will make you a stronger and smarter athlete.

Our Primary goal is to provide individual training. To create a training lab at its highest level to rival all training facilities in Midwest no longer providing "group training“.

 

High level athletes as well as beginners deserve proper attention to flourish.  If athletes are willing to work, Trainer’s must respond at higher level, groups of 3 or more make this impossible.   

 

We realize that not everyone will agree with these changes and prefer a group setting   We wish you luck in your training endeavors.

TAP Policies:
 

Sessions: Purchased Sessions must be completed within 30 days from purchase date or they will bee forfeited

Cancellations: If a session must be cancelled or rescheduled, please call at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.
